If you've ordered the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately via hello@volnykwear.com. If the order hasn't been processed yet, we can try to cancel or change it. Once it's been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If a size doesn’t fit, please return the item and place a new order in the correct size. This ensures fast and accurate processing.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. Sale and custom items are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@volnykwear.com. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also use the chat below for updates.

We currently ship to Germany and the USA (excluding the basic shirt). Shipping is free. Estimated delivery:

• Germany: up to 16 business days
• USA: 16–20 business days, depending on the item

You’ll receive tracking info by email after your order is processed. Customs duties may apply for international orders. Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days.

We know our delivery times aren’t ideal. We’re actively working on improvements. At the moment, express shipping isn’t available, but we do our best to ship every order as quickly and reliably as possible.
